About the role:
As the Business Development Executive for IT, Cyber Security Sales and ELV Systems like CCTV Cameras, Access Control System, Fire Alarm, Audio-Video you will be responsible for driving new business growth, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications, documentation, and coordination of purchase orders (PO) to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals.
- Support sales activities through regular follow-ups, lead tracking, and collaboration with internal teams for effective project execution.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new customer segments and industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by understanding their business challenges to conceptualise solutions aligned with Netplace's IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Foster relationships with potential and current clients to ensure customer satisfaction & repeat business.
Who you are:
- Any Graduate.
- Good understanding of the data networks and cybersecurity landscape, including current market challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
- An articulate and confident individual.
