Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Regularly monitor B2B companies and identify job openings matching our requirements.
Collect and maintain accurate details of prospective B2B companies.
Create and update a structured database in CRM of potential companies for outreach.
Research industry trends to identify high-demand sectors for B2B recruitment.
Identify and maintain company data in surrounding areas where ITvedant branches are present.
Ensure generated leads meet defined quality standards.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly lead generation reports.
Support outreach and recruitment campaigns when required.
Skills & Preferences
Strong research and data scraping skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining databases.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills for coordinating with the internal team.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of keyword research and SEO is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹32,410.04 per month
