JD for Lead Generation Specialist:-
- Generating leads through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, and emails.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introduce our IT services, and understand their business needs.
- Through thorough market research, identify potential clients and industries using various channels like online platforms and social media for lead generation.
- Communicate persuasively with international clients to present our software development offerings, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments for senior managers with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our software development capabilities, emphasizing the value proposition of our IT services.
- Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, managing communications, and updating client information.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to align strategies and meet client expectations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Passion for sales, technology, and software development.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to work for an IT Start-up, learn, and work in a sales role.
Training and Development:
This role includes comprehensive training in international sales lead generation techniques, software development processes, and effective client engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
