Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Paid Ads Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation for US-based companies. The ideal candidate will also bring a strong background in affiliate marketing, with hands-on experience managing affiliate networks and optimizing performance-based partnerships.

You must have a proven ability to generate qualified leads across multiple digital platforms and know how to manage full-funnel campaigns with clear performance metrics and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and scale paid lead generation campaigns across major platforms:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging channels
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality using structured A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Drive and manage affiliate marketing programs, including recruitment, tracking, payouts, compliance, and scaling of affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to build compelling ad assets, landing pages, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party attribution tools, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Stay up-to-date with US market trends, audience behaviors, ad platform algorithm changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Own KPIs related to lead generation, including cost per lead, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of generating leads for US-based companies, preferably in high-growth or performance-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in affiliate marketing, including affiliate platform management, partner acquisition, and scaling.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
  • Highly proficient in campaign analytics, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with building and setting up landing pages and integrating campaigns with Zoho CRM
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
