Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are delivering optimal results.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages and ad copy that drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
