**Paid Media Executive**

First Economy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and driven Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, in line with client objectives and budget allocations.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.
- Create and manage display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and remarketing campaigns.
- Implement and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas, strategies, and tactics to enhance campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising, and make recommendations for implementing new features and technologies.
- Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media advertising.
- Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, and paid social media marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms is preferred.
