**Job Summary**:
The Performance Marketing Executive will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, audience targeting, and performance analysis. The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing budget allocations, and ensuring that campaigns meet KPIs and ROI objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to reach specific demographics and customer segments.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and market trends to stay ahead.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and programmatic networks.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams, including SEO, content, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital advertising, sharing knowledge with the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
