**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**

**1. EXPERIENCE**
- _0 to 1 year_

**2. QUALIFICATION**
- _Graduate / Post Graduate_

**3. KEY SKILLS**
- _Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills_
- _Prior experience in Paid Media tools prefered (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360)_
- _Detail-oriented and organized_
- _Able to multitask and work well under pressure_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Office Suite_

**PAID MEDIA - EXECUTIVE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Campaign Execution, Optimization & Client Execution_
- _Execute day-to-day paid media campaigns. Includes, but not limited to, setting bid strategies,_
- performance monitoring, identifying, and implementing optimizations (by target audience, content,_
- geographic area, etc), providing proactive recommendations and program insights_
- _Understand performance objectives and KPIs and achieve the monthly targets_
- _Analyze paid media performance using analytical tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer_
- _Present daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to the clients_
- _Extend support in creating media decks by creating presentations and providing key insights for_
- existing and potential clients_
- _Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of_
- planning, testing, and media optimization and management_
- _Proactive communication is a must_
- _Need to be inquisitive and have a hunger to learn and adapt to dynamic digital marketing industry and_
- trends_
