Paid Media executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business.
Paid Media Specialists are typically responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals.
Paid Media Specialists help drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms. Their role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.
**ROLES (DUTIES) & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Ad creation and copywriting
- Audience building and campaign setup
- Uploading creative / day to day management of accounts
- Daily, weekly and monthly ad account optimisations
- Monitoring performance on ad tests and adjusting actions accordingly
- Brainstorming new ideas for accounts
- Reporting to clients
- Paid Social Campaign Management - Facebook will be your primary platform to advertise on, with Instagram and Twitter supporting. Your experience in using Facebook Business Manager to plan, schedule, manage and report on advertising campaigns is going to be used to deliver social media success for our clients.
- Paid Search & Display Campaign Management - includes retargeting, native advertising, paid search through Google Adwords and Display (including programmatic). Our expertise outside of how to reach people outside of the social platforms is required just as much as our social expertise to grow awareness, purchase intent and conversions.
- Reporting - Using a combination of bespoke software tools, web analytics and insights from each platform, you’ll develop detailed reports for your paid campaign activity. In some instances, you’ll be required to present performance to our clients.
- General Project and Account Management. This includes spending time with your colleagues and sometimes your clients, across ad-hoc project deliverables, including creative ideation time.
**QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
- Some previous experience in social marketing is beneficial but not essential
- You’ll be a smart, motivated and results-driven analytical individual
- You’ll have strong organisational and excellent copywriting skills
- You’ll be able to multitask and work well with a team, as well as being able to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
- A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Brilliant networking skills, able to confidently develop new relationships, and connect with people
- Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo'
**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
