**Position Overview**:The Paid Media Executive at Realatte Ventures LLP will develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize client exposure and achieve marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**:Develop comprehensive paid media strategies and conduct market research.
- **Execution**:Implement campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- **Budget Management**:Allocate and track advertising budgets effectively.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing regular updates.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
