Campaign Execution & Optimization - Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms under the guidance of the Performance Media Manager. - Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives to achieve defined KPIs. - Assist in building media plans and performance roadmaps for education sector campaigns. - Support A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive incremental improvements. 2. Reporting & Analytics - Track, measure, and report campaign performance across channels against pre-defined KPIs. - Identify optimization opportunities based on data and share insights for internal review. - Maintain weekly and monthly campaign dashboards for internal teams and client reviews. 3. Cross-functional Support - Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure smooth execution of ad assets, landing pages, and campaign communication. - Work with the tech/data team to ensure correct tracking setups (UTMs, pixels, events). - Support the Performance Media Manager in campaign QA, pacing checks, and budget tracking. 4. Client & Internal Collaboration - Assist in preparing performance review decks, insights summaries, and optimization recommendations for client-facing teams. - Ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and internal strategy guidelines. Qualifications Experience: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media execution. - Practical experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required. - Prior exposure to education sector campaigns is a plus (not mandatory but preferred). Skills & Knowledge - Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals, including bidding, targeting, audience segmentation, and attribution. - Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, spreadsheets). - Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret performance data. - Ability to multi-task and collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, and tech. Role Expectations - Work directly under the Performance Media Manager and follow structured processes for campaign execution and optimization. - Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting. - Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly. - Stay updated on digital advertising best practices, especially for the education category.
