As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to support our company's growth objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within target industries and markets.  - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and other outbound initiatives.  - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine lead generation strategies.  - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow -up activities.  - Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or demos with potential clients for the sales team.  - Track and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance.  - Stay updated on industry trends and our product offerings to tailor outreach effectively.  RequirementsKey Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  - Minimum 2 yrs experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role in the tech or data solutions industry.  - Strong research and analytical skills to identify target clients and market opportunities.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.  - Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and lead generation platforms.  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.  - A proactive attitude with a results -oriented mindset.
