Job Title: Telecalling Lead Generation Specialist
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecalling Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through outbound calls and qualify potential customers for our products/services. As a Telecalling Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted lists provided by the company.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Gather and document accurate information from each lead interaction into the CRM system.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and handle objections.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships through multiple touchpoints to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation activities and conversions.
- Continuously learn about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance selling techniques.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on insights gathered from prospect interactions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
