Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-focused SMO Specialist to manage and optimize our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and audience growth, with a strong focus on driving engagement, brand visibility, and traffic generation — especially for US-based audiences.

This is not just a content posting role — we're looking for someone who understands platform algorithms, knows how to grow a brand organically, and can turn followers into engaged leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Optimize posting schedules, content formats, hashtags, and user interactions to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-performing content (posts, reels, carousels, shorts, stories, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party tools .
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand voice and reputation.
  • Collaborate with paid ads and SEO teams to align organic and paid strategies for lead generation and audience targeting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media management and optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in growing followers, engagement rates, and driving traffic through organic social campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific best practices, and content trends.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills tailored for social media.
  • Experience working with US brands or US-targeted audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Proficiency with social scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per month
