Role Details
Role: B2C Sales Executive
Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹3 LPA (Fixed CTC) +
₹
1.2 Lakh Variable = Total
₹
4.2 LPA
Location: Hyderabad (Remote)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday weekly off)
Key Responsibilities
As a B2C Sales Executive, you will:
- Conduct cold calls and interact with prospective students.
- Work on lead generation, nurturing, and qualification of ideal customer profiles.
- Pitch and explain our courses effectively to prospective learners.
- Handle objections and convert leads into enrolments/revenue.
- Manage the sales funnel—track, update, and monitor progress of leads and conversion
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Share market feedback to help improve sales strategies and course positioning.
Educational Background & Eligibility
• Education: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., B.Tech, MBA).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior exposure to sales/tele-calling/business
development will be an added advantage.
