About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can build strong partnerships with builders, real estate firms, and architects to generate high-quality business leads. You will play a key role in expanding our network, creating revenue opportunities, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with builders, architects, and real estate partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to generate consistent business leads.
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and presentations with external partners.
- Assign leads to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track lead performance, maintain reports, and achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong industry connections.
Key Skills Required
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with builders, architects, and real estate networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation & pipeline management.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and achieve targets.
- Self-driven, confident, and proactive in business growth activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in Interiors, Real Estate, or Architecture sector).
