About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4+ years in the IT industry to manage end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing and attracting top technical talent, driving employer branding, and working closely with business managers and onsite teams to ensure timely closures. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics hiring will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    Own the complete recruitment lifecycle – requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Specialized IT Hiring:
    Source and hire for a range of IT skills, with an added advantage if experienced in hiring for Microsoft Dynamics roles (AX, CRM, D365).
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
    Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong IT talent pipeline.
  • Employer Branding:
    Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the IT hiring market.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with business managers and onsite teams to align hiring strategies with project needs.
  • ATS & Reporting:
    Manage ATS for accurate data, dashboards, and recruitment insights.
  • Candidate Experience:
    Deliver a professional and engaging candidate journey.
  • Market Insights:
    Share updates on IT hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (preferably in small/mid-size IT companies or startups).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics hiring (AX, CRM, D365) will be a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies (Cloud, .NET, Java, Data, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple IT roles in a fast-paced environment.
