Job description
Role & responsibilities
As a Zonal / Regional Manager, you will be handling either a team of 5 to 10 Area Managers or a team of 2 to 3 Territory Managers, who in-turn would be managing 2-3 Area/Sr. Area Business Managers.
You would be responsible for managing, guiding and supporting them to promote and sell Eduvates Curriculum products and services to Schools in your respective territory.
You will be leading an annual target of 3 to 7 Cr. in your Region.
100% focused on driving teams to achieve their weekly, monthly and annual targets
You would be expected to visit Schools regularly to support your team in maturing and closing curriculum deals.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 7 Years of experience in selling curriculum to Schools (Core B2B Selling Experience)
Minimum 3 Years of experience in managing a team of 5 to 10 Area Business Managers or 3-4 Territory Managers (who in turn have further down reporting), selling curriculum to Schools
Should have achieved 5 Cr.+ target in previous roles while selling curriculum
Should have a good understanding & connects in the Region where he/she is applying for
Languages: English, Hindi & Regional Language (in-line with your respective region)
A go getter, who takes complete ownership of his/her territory and should have an attitude to grow it from scratch.
