Position: Institutional Sales Manager - Mumbai ( Key Accounts & On-Trade)

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Alcoholic Beverages

Sector: On-Trade (Hotels, Restaurants, Members Clubs)

Reports To: National Head

Experience Required: Minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in the Alcoholic Beverages industry, Luxury Sales, or a closely related sector, with a strong track record of team leadership and people management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Institutional Sales - Mumbai ( Key Accounts & On-Trade) to lead our growth in Mumbai's premium hospitality segment. This role combines high-level client engagement with direct sales responsibility and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, strong relationships in the on-trade sector, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Acquire new accounts across premium hotels, restaurants, and members clubs
  • Manage repeat orders and ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Lead the launch of new products in on-trade channels
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, tastings, and menu placements
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain regular reporting and analysis of team KPIs and market trends

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (owners, F&B managers, sommeliers, bartenders)
  • Ensure brand visibility, staff training, and consistent product presentation in partner venues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts within the territory
