Job Overview
is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our innovative B2B procurement platform. You will drive client acquisition, manage strategic relationships with mid to large-sized organizations, and build a high-performing sales team to transform how companies manage procurement across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate clients for the procurement platform.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Engage with CXOs, Admin, Procurement, and Finance Heads for enterprise-level selling.
- Conduct client demos, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, procurement, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the regional market and established corporate network.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and strategic client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
Preferred
- Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital transformation solutions.
