Job Overview

is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our innovative B2B procurement platform. You will drive client acquisition, manage strategic relationships with mid to large-sized organizations, and build a high-performing sales team to transform how companies manage procurement across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate clients for the procurement platform.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Engage with CXOs, Admin, Procurement, and Finance Heads for enterprise-level selling.
  • Conduct client demos, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, procurement, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the regional market and established corporate network.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and strategic client management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.

Preferred

  • Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital transformation solutions.

  • Expertise in B2B sales and enterprise-level relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
