Role: Key Account Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing business accounts.
- Drive Fibes Health EMI product across partner networks.
- Handle both internal and external stakeholder management to drive business growth and new partnerships.
- Manage Field Officers (FOS) to ensure business deliverables are met.
- Onboard new partners including hospitals, IVF centers, and eye hospitals.
- Expand business by acquiring and developing relationships with new hospitals.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in hospital business development.
- Prior experience in health financing is essential.
- Proven track record of managing and building senior client relationships from the ground up.
- Strong pipeline development capabilities.
- Must be experienced in all stages of the sales and opportunity cycle.
