Brief Job Description: The Key Account Manager for Smart Manufacturing in the Manufacturing Industry is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the Manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, a strong knowledge of the Process industry i.e. Cement, Metal, Automotive, Chemical, FMCG etc. and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to drive the adoption of smart manufacturing solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Role & responsibilities
