Role Description
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) at Titus Health Tech Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong brand visibility within the assigned Ahmedabad territory. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key healthcare stakeholders.
The TBM will ensure achievement of monthly sales targets, execution of market strategies, and smooth availability of Titus product ranges. The role also involves monitoring competition, understanding customer needs, and supporting management by providing accurate field insights. The candidate must uphold company values, discipline, and a professional approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote Titus Health Tech's product portfolio ethically and effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and institutions.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising as per company standards.
- Conduct regular field visits to cover assigned routes and maintain consistent territory management.
- Analise market trends, competitor movements, and customer demands, and report actionable insights.
- Implement approved sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recall.
- Maintain daily reporting, field working updates, and documentation through company-designated tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Management) for smooth operations.
- Represent Titus Health Tech professionally, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical field sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of territory management and customer engagement.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse market requirements and implement suitable sales strategies.
- Experience in reporting tools and basic sales analytics will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or any related field only.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ahmedabad and travel across the assigned geography.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and aligned with organizational goals.
Salary: As per Company Standard
