key account manager - sales (International IT Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar (Onsite Only)

Shift Timing: Evening shift

International Travel: Required as per business needs

Experience Required: 8+ Years (with minimum 3+ years consistent tenure in one organization)

About the Role

we are seeking a highly driven Global Sales Manager to spearhead our international IT services and ERP business expansion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who thrives in global sales, builds long-term client partnerships, and is comfortable with international travel. You'll be driving end-to-end global sales cycles and representing our company at global events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new international business opportunities (US, Europe, and other markets).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to create tailored service offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships globally.
  • Represent Silent Infotech at trade shows, expos, and client meetings.
  • Monitor and track sales pipeline, opportunities, and KPIs using CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce).
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales strategy inputs to leadership.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in international IT/ERP/software sales.
  • Proven client engagement experience in US/Europe.
  • At least 3+ years consistent tenure in one organization (showing stability).
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, SaaS, ERP solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) and ERP tools (Odoo, SAP).
  • Comfortable with evening shift (3 PM – 11 PM IST).
  • Open to international travel.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in IT/ERP/software solutions.
  • Proven track record in ERP product/services sales.
  • Understanding of global business culture, procurement cycles, and B2B ecosystems.
