Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Key Account Manager at Titus Health Tech. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, maintaining a high level of customer service, analyzing account performance, developing business plans, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves regular interactions with clients to understand their needs and aligning business strategies to meet their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Accounts management and account relationship building
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities and maintaining client satisfaction
- Experience in developing and implementing Account Management strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or account management within the nutrition or health industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
