Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all walk-in customers with a warm smile and courteous welcome.
  • Understand customer needs quickly and route them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
  • Maintain a queue management system and ensure smooth customer flow during busy hours.
  • Offer beverages or comfort services (like seating) while customers wait.
  • Manage the welcome desk, maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth customer handover.
  • Assist in collecting feedback from customers post-visit.
  • Maintain customer engagement during peak wait times, ensuring customer satisfaction is not compromised.
  • Maintain records of footfall and share basic data with the Store Manager when required.
  • Adhere to Tanishqs grooming standards, code of conduct, and customer service policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred)
  • Pleasing personality and professional appearance
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
  • Basic computer skills (for logging entries or queue management)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum (Higher Secondary);
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Standing for extended periods may be required
  • Uniforms and grooming guidelines to be strictly followed as per brand standards
