JOB DESCRIPTION - ASM Anything Skool is India's first organized initiative to provide school merchandise matching the international standards of quality and fit. The vision of the company is to fulfil the school specific needs in uniform segment, primarily regular uniform, shoes, socks and bags from a single destination with the assurance of a brand. The company focuses on simplifying procurement of school needs for both school management and the parents. In its journey through 14+ years, Anything Skool has developed 300+ sales channel partners to cater to requirements of more than 950 schools pan India with significantly consistent growth. To further augment the marketing strategy, to improve customer engagement, and drive rapid conversions, the company seeks applications for the following Post: Job Title (Designation) - Area Sales Manager Required Experience - 4-7 Years in Education Industry with Focus on School Supplies Educational Qualifications and Skills - . MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a reputed Institute. . BBA/B.Com before MBA. . Graduates from Technical streams will not be considered. Functional Area - To market and promote company's products under the concept of One Stop School Solution in the school of their allocated area and to develop the Distribution Channel for distribution of the products to the end customer as per rules and policies of the company. Key Skills - . Adequate Aptitude for marketing, specifically Institutional/School Marketing . . Excellent in Communication Skills, both written and verbal. . Presentation Skills. . Confident & Presentable. . Analytical Skills to study competition. . Ability to train, groom and lead a team. Key Responsibilities – The Area Manager will be responsible of one state or part of a state and will report to the Regional Manager. Accomplishes sales objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, counseling and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing actions plans; Key Accountabilities – . Team Handling of Two to three ASMs . Inculcating a sense of Team work. . Dealing with the School Management about finalizing the concept . . Market study of competition for school supplies. . Market study of trends in Product Categories.
