**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
**Sales Presentations**: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the company's offerings can meet their specific needs.
**Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties and adhering to company policies.
**Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics for the assigned area.
**Pipeline Management**: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline by accurately tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
**Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager, enabling data-driven decisions.
**Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
**Travel**: As an area sales executive, you might need to travel within your designated area to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and delivering effective presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
