Otrix Life Science LLP is a leading D2C brand in the Beauty & Personal Care industry. With a growing presence in both online and offline markets, we are expanding our sales team to drive growth and penetrate new markets with innovative, high-quality cosmetic and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory.
  • Identify potential clients, conduct market visits, and convert leads into sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
  • Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales executives.
  • Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives or field sales staff (if applicable).

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetic/Personal Care field sales.
  • Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in launching new products in the market is an advantage.
