Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the sales and distribution of agro commodities such as rice, maize, barley, and malt to distilleries across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, procurement, and supply management within the agro-commodities for distillery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with distilleries, and alcohol manufacturers across India.
Build strong relationships with procurement teams, production heads, and sourcing managers in target companies.
Drive sales of agro feedstock's including rice, maize, broken rice, and malt used in alcohol production.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in assigned regions.
Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of clients, orders, pricing, and collections in CRM / Excel for reporting and analysis.
Participate in industry trade events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance market visibility.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agri-Business, or related field.
5–6 years of proven experience in sales of agro commodities (rice, maize, barley, etc.) to distilleries, breweries, F&B industries.
Excellent knowledge of B2B sales, commodity trading, and supply chain operations.
Strong network in the distillery and alcohol industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
