About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA Marketing graduate to join us as an Area Sales Executive. This role is the engine of our sales force, giving you direct responsibility for a specific territory in Bangalore. You will be crucial in executing sales strategies, building market presence, and driving primary and secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Take ownership of an assigned sales area in Bangalore. Plan and execute daily retailer visits to ensure maximum product availability and visibility.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating orders from a network of retailers, distributors, and modern trade outlets.
  • Distribution Support: Work closely with distributors to ensure efficient order fulfillment and optimal stock levels.
  • Marketing at the Point-of-Sale: Implement impactful in-store branding, product displays, and promotional activities to influence consumer purchase decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Provide daily reports and valuable feedback from the market.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A recent MBA graduate in Marketing. Candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada is a significant advantage.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • A result-oriented, proactive, and energetic individual.
