  • Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned area to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Team management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting individual and team performance goals.
  • Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze sales figures, and use data to make informed decisions and create reports for senior management.
  • Customer and client relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and channel partners, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Sales execution: Oversee and guide the day-to-day sales activities of the team, ensuring alignment with national or regional strategies.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of Proven experience in sales, often with a track record of meeting quotas, is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and solve problems.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong negotiation and customer service skills are crucial for building relationships.
