Personal Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in personal tasks when required (errands, reminders, purchases).
- Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle expense reports and maintain budgets.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
- Professional demeanor and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
