We are currently expanding 'The Qwerty Incubator', a pioneering division managed by a self-sufficient team of front and back-end executives overseeing the full life cycle of incubated brands.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Inside Sales Executive with 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or client servicing. In this role, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, nurture high-value client relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to manage client pipelines, convert leads into opportunities, and mentor junior sales executives. Candidates with prior experience in corporate gifting, marketing services, or employee engagement solutions will be highly preferred.
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM) with flexibility for client-specific discussions and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification through calls, emails, digital outreach, and networking.
- Drive sales for high-value corporate clients through consultative selling.
- Manage, prioritize, and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives on best practices and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on proposals, quotations, and strategic follow-ups.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and post-sales service.
- Support client presentations, demos, onboarding, and strategic account management.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or marketing solutions preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior sales team members.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
