As a
Business Growth Manager
at Bharat Edge, you will be the bridge between startups, MSMEs, and growth opportunities. You'll help founders explore funding options, certifications, and scaling strategies while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage client relationships with startups & MSMEs.
  • Drive sales conversations in
    Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English
    .
  • Stay updated with
    government schemes, funding programs, and startup policies
    .
  • Support businesses in scaling through consulting, funding access, and market linkages.
  • Meet growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in
regional languages (Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu)
+ Hindi & English.

Passion for the
startup ecosystem
and government-backed programs.

Strong negotiation and client engagement abilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in sales/consulting/business growth (preferred, but not mandatory).
