Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role requires identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized gifting solutions to corporates, institutions, and channel partners. The Growth Manager will be responsible for analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing projects, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. The Growth Manager will also be expected to track performance metrics and provide detailed reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and institutional gifting segment.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across industries.
  • Pitch and present gifting solutions to HR, Admin, Purchase, and Marketing decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closure.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Track competition, market trends, and gifting innovations to enhance offerings.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
