Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative digital marketing agency in Noida. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and build relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and property developers to offer digital marketing solutions.Understand client business models and marketing needs to propose relevant digital services (e.G., UGC, SEO, social media campaigns, Google Ads, website design, CRM integrations).Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on revenue growth and client acquisition in the real estate vertical.Present tailored proposals, conduct product demos, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services.Attend industry events, networking sessions, and virtual conferences to grow the client base and promote the brand.Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, digital tools, and competitive offerings.Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline progress, and reporting. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.4+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or real estate.Strong understanding of real estate industry needs and marketing pain points.Proven ability to close B2B deals and meet revenue targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, lead generation, email marketing, etc.).Proficient in using CRM tools (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and proposal software.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary5 days workingFlexible working hoursOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
