Business Growth & AdmissionsExecute local marketing and lead-generation initiativesAnalyze admission trends, conversion rates, and retentionPartner with school heads to build strong local brand presence2. Operational ManagementEnsure smooth daily operations across assigned schoolsStandardize policies, procedures, and best practicesResolve escalations and operational challenges effectively3. Performance ManagementConduct regular performance reviews and set measurable targetsIdentify training & development needsFoster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement4. Financial & Compliance OversightMonitor revenue, fee collections, and financial targetsImplement cost-effective measures without compromising quality5. Parent & Community EngagementOrganize events, workshops, and parent programsAddress parent concerns and implement feedback systems6. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and present periodic business reportsStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamicsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field3+ years of experience in business management, school operations, or franchise management (education sector preferred)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, negotiation & relationship-buildingProficient in CRM/ERP, MS Office & data analyticsResults-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceManaging multiple education centers, preschools, or K-12 institutionsExposure to franchise operations, marketing strategies, and business expansion modelsHow to Apply: neha.hr@littleleaders.in
