Under our Pharmacy-as-a-Service (PaaS) model, we empower health-tech companies, insurance providers, e-commerce platforms, and Q-commerce players to seamlessly integrate medicine delivery for their customers.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B Partnerships to drive strategic collaborations and accelerate PillO's expansion with third-party enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard new B2B partners including health-tech platforms, TPAs, insurers, Q-commerce companies, hospitals, and corporates.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Operations teams to design integration solutions for partners.
  • Own and deliver on partnership revenue targets and expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Track partnership performance, optimize engagement, and ensure long-term growth.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent PillO at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B business development / strategic partnerships / enterprise sales (health-tech, insurance, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the healthcare / insurance / Q-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
