Job Description

  • Identification of new business opportunities in the Ground Engineering Business (Embedded retaining Structures, Piling and Deep Shafts, Basement & Intake Structures, Marine and Deep Foundation- supported Bridges).
  • Preparation of a business plan for L&T GeoStructure business.
  • Interaction with key clients to further L&T GeoStructure Business Development objectives.
  • Preparation of Expression of Interest and Prequalification documents.
  • Participate in GeoStructure Industry tradeshows, conferences, seminars and organizations to develop new business opportunities for L&T GeoStructure
  • Networking : Positions the incumbent needs to interact with internal and externally as a part of the job.
  • Develop both short- term and long-term new business and revenue generation opportunities.
  • Expertise in Tendering and Pre-contracts.
  • Willingness / flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary)
  • Experience in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in a large Corporations.
