About the Role: Kezan Consulting is currently seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our Business Development department. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to generate new business and acquire new clients on a pan India level.
Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new clients or business, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and establishing the sales lifecycle that contributes to expanding the corporate sales funnel.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Developing and managing sales opportunities from beginning to end, including market research, opportunity qualification, due diligence, and closing.
  • Sending email campaigns/newsletters and efficiently following up.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Business Development with the Manpower/Outsourcing industry.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
