Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Vijayawada
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
 - Ensure continuous communication and provide solutions to meet client needs.
 - Lead Generation & Conversion:
 - Follow up on new leads, inquiries, and prospects regularly.
 - Identify business opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
 - Channel Partner Management:
 - Develop and maintain healthy relationships with channel partners.
 - Coordinate with partners to generate leads and provide necessary support.
 - Ensure timely communication of company policies and commission structures.
 - Motivate and guide channel partners to achieve mutual growth.
 - Revenue & Business Growth:
 - Meet and exceed sales targets as per company goals.
 - Propose business strategies to improve revenue streams.
 - Corporate Services Promotion:
 - Promote and create awareness about the company's services including corporate accounting, business startup consultancy, management solutions, and accounting software.
 - Represent the company in client meetings, partner events, and industry forums.
 
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Proven ability in client relationship management and lead conversions.
 - Understanding of corporate accounting and business consultancy services (preferred).
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
 - 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relations (Accounting or IT Solutions domain preferred).
 - Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for business growth may also apply.
