About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Sales and Delivery Management to drive business growth and ensure seamless delivery across large-scale engagements. The ideal candidate should have handled South India OEM customers with business volumes of 1000+ crores per annum, demonstrating the ability to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development initiatives with a focus on South OEM customers, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and sustained revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end Sales and Delivery Management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive large-scale engagements worth 1000+ crores annually, ensuring delivery commitments are met within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new business opportunities within the automotive OEM ecosystem and adjacent industries.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial closures with OEM clients.
  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (operations, technology, quality, and finance) to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.
  • Track business performance through P&L ownership, revenue targets, and delivery excellence metrics.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and strategic inputs to the leadership team.

Key Requirements

  • 13 18 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Delivery Management with strong exposure to the automotive / manufacturing / engineering services domain.
  • Proven experience in managing South India OEM customers, handling business volumes of 1000+ crores per annum.
  • Strong track record of revenue growth, P&L management, and customer relationship management.
  • Expertise in contract management, commercial negotiations, and large-scale deal closures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive teams towards high performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engineering degree preferred; advanced qualifications (MBA/PGDM) will be an added advantage.
