We are looking for a Presales Manager. The position is based in Mumbai. The position will be reporting to the Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical sales to prospects. This will include solutioning, responding to RFPs, creating technical proposals, technical concept notes and product presentations. The person should be extremely fluent in oral and written English, excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be conversant with remote presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supplement sales team with Domain expertise / Product Expertise in the

sales process.

  1. Construct solutions for solving customer problems.

  2. Prepare technical proposals.

  3. Respond to RFPs issued.

  4. Evangelize the product and close deals w/ sales.

  5. Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and

Marketing.

  1. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both

externally and internally.

What you need to bring to the table:

  1. Passion towards building a large payments business

  2. In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry

  3. Keep track of global trends in payments.

  4. Ability and experience to interact with senior levels of client organization,

including executive and C-level.

  1. 4 to 5 years of experience.

  2. Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and

competition

  1. Excellent written, verbal communication and inter-personal and presentation

skills.

  1. Should be open with traveling across the region.
