Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Coimbatore. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, planning and designing the menu, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining all kitchen health and safety regulations. Daily tasks will include supervising cooking processes, sourcing fresh ingredients, and collaborating with the management team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Menu Planning, Food Sourcing, and Ingredient Selection
  • Skills in Cooking Techniques, Food Preparation, and Presentation
  • Proficiency in Kitchen Management, including Supervising Staff and Managing Inventory
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in Food Services
  • Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role and a culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Passion for creating high-quality, wholesome, and soulful dishes
