**Prime Qualification:
- South Indian Sous Chef - a minimum of 4 years experience in South Indian Cuisine.**
**Key Skills: chef, sous chef, assistant chef/cook, cook, cooking, south-Indian cook, kitchen chef, hotel, hotel management, etc.**
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- **18 years of age or above**
- **Relevant experience in Food Preparation and service.**
- **Be able to follow directions, be responsible and conscientious.**
- **Have a positive and mature attitude.**
- **Must be able to focus on job duties.**
- **Team player and work well with others.**
- **Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for your job performance.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Assist the Head Chef with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals on time.**
- **Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the Head Chef.**
- **Maintain the kitchen and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.**
- **Making sure that the kitchen is left in clean condition at all times, including refrigerators, freezers, ice machine, dishwashing areas, storage spaces, cooking and prep areas and floors.**
- **Record inventory inputs and outputs every day and report any problems to Head Chef.**
- **Wearing appropriate attire will work in the kitchen.**
- **Ask for help when you need it.**
- **Other duties as assigned.**
- **Reporting to Head Chef, Directors and Administrative staff.**
**Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In**
**Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month**
