Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Ads to manage and optimize paid campaigns for two distinct B2C markets:
- Education Sector (India) Focused on student acquisition and lead generation for courses, coaching, or edtech services.
- Auto Parts Sector (US) Targeting car owners, DIYers, and retail consumers for aftermarket auto parts sales via e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Drive qualified B2C leads for both education and automotive verticals.
- Perform detailed keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns for lead cost, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with landing page designers, content teams, and sales teams to improve funnel performance.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in lead generation through Google Ads.
Proven success in running B2C campaigns in:
Education (India) – e.g., lead gen for coaching centers, courses, or online education.
Auto Parts (US) – e.g., generating leads/sales for aftermarket parts, accessories, or car care products.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audiences.
- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Familiarity with education portals (Shiksha, Collegedunia) or US auto parts platforms (eBay Motors, RockAuto).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or other paid channels (optional).
