B2B Sales Executive

Lead Generation & Telecalling
- Conduct outbound and telecalling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Identify potential B2B clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Arrange client meetings (online/offline) and field visits when necessary.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing and arranging necessary documents for client onboarding and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients to close deals effectively.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Prepare marketing documents, presentations, and sales proposals.
- Learn and use tools like Canva for creating sales/marketing material and Zoho apps, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly work targets.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare and update reports using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Word/Google Docs.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are strong).
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Word/Google Docs.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools like Canva, Zoho, and other sales/marketing software.
- Sales & Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client sites/factories whenever required (travel & food expenses reimbursed).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling both independent and team-based work.
