Key Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person networking.
- Clearly pitch the agency's integrated branding, advertising, digital marketing, and film publicity services
- Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions drawing on Birnan & Brond's full-spectrum capabilities.
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline and CRM.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Follow up persistently on leads and close business deals effectively.
- Track and report performance on KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
0–1 years in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably within creative, branding, or marketing services - Communication:
Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam - Mindset:
Confident, result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. - Industry Awareness:
Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, or creative services is a plus. - Tools:
Comfortable with CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines. - Equipment:
Must have a personal laptop and be ready for immediate joining
