Job Title: Business Development Associate – SaaS & IT Sales

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 1-2 years (preferred in SaaS/IT Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our sales team. The role involves driving international SaaS and IT sales, generating high-quality leads, managing cold calling campaigns, and building strong client relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with international clients.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales pitches tailored to SaaS and IT solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B International Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage global clients.
  • Experience in
    cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition
    .
  • Ability to understand client pain points and present SaaS/IT solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
